2022 Tariffs
Each house has its own charm and characteristics, but both have the comfort necessary to rest after a day in the mountains or sightseeing. That’s what it’s about!… Of course, if you are careful, you can bring your own pet.
LES LLÁBANES
A spacious apartment for 4 people, with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large balcony.
Tariff per night: 105€/night.
Minimum two nights. Tax included. Suplement for stays with pet: one week or more (+40€); shorter than a week (40€ deposit).
LA TARABICA
An ideal house for a family of 4 people, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.
Tariff per night: 95€/night.
Minimum two nights. Tax included. Suplement for stays with pet: one week or more (+40€); shorter than a week (40€ deposit).
Why not low/high season rates? Because although outside Sumer there is much less demand, that is when it costs us more to maintain the comfort in the properties due to electricity, firewood etc. Also September & October is the best time of the year for the weather, it’s usually drier than in the Summer , the bellowing of the animals, autumn colours…

Conditions of reservation and payment.
Please note that the check-in time is from 5pm (17.00) and the check-out time before 12.00pm (midday). If you want to change them, you must contact us so that we can confirm the possibility of changing.
When we receive your request we will contact you to answer questions, confirm availability and to give you our account details to confirm the reservation. This is not confirmed until receipt of 40% of the total reservation price.
When you do the tranfer, please indicate your name, house rented, and dates. For example John Tarabica July 11 to 18.
Cancellation
You can cancel the reservation at any time with the right to a refund of the amount that has been paid, as long as you communicate this more than 15 days before the date of arrival.
In the case of the cancellation being made 7 to 15 days before arrival, the refund will be 50% of the reservation. If the cancellation is made less than 7 days before arrival, there will be no refund.
To cancell your reservation you may call to +34 655 265 609 or send us an email to lacasinaderedes@gmail.com, but, please, do not take the cancellation as communicated if we do not answer. We normally answer the same day, but sometimes an e mail does not arrive correctly.
